Reservation over the internet is very easy and reliable . You get text message and email including barcode for entering to parking lot. the location is big and there is a nice lady welcoming and onboarding the process. We left the car key in the location and paid upon return. Water and coffee is available around reception. At the time we arrived it was very busy and we had to wait around half an hour , luckily our flight was delayed so hassle but otherwise this is quite annoying but the way back was very quick, the driver was already waiting for us in the agreed pick up location. Payment can be done with card or cash. I recommend to everyone as it’s much cheaper compared to airport parking
I used Panda parking in the past and was happy with the service, so I decided to use it again. Since then it has been modernized and there are more employees, who are there to help you. All the stages from the arrival till picking-up the car are well arranged, user-friendly and time-efficient. Highly recommend. The only question I have: is the staff paid so badly that they need to put a note in the company car asking for a tip? On both ways I handled my baggage on my own without the help of the driver.

How long does transfer to the airport take?
The transport takes only 2-3 minutes. When you arrive at the parking, your driver is already waiting for you. He will take your luggage and take you immediately to your gate at the Vienna Airport. Yes. If you arrive before 6am or after 10pm, a driver will wait for you and drive you to the airport or pick you up at the airport. There is only a night surcharge of 5 € in addition to the parking fees.
When do I pay for parking?
You can pay the parking fees for the entire parking period after you return to the car park by credit card, or debit card.
When should I be at the parking lot?
For safety reasons, 2 hours before your departure time. The total time from arrival at the car park to the arrival at the terminal takes about 10 minutes.
